PeAS was built by psychometricians and technologists who believe good decisions about people should start with real evidence — not guesswork. We turn validated assessments into insight that educators, institutions, and organisations can actually act on.

Built on 15 years of psychometric research.

PeAS began inside Global Psytech as an internal tool for scoring cognitive and behavioural assessments faster. Educators and HR partners kept asking for the same thing: not just scores, but a clear answer to “so what do we do now?”

That question became the product. Today PeAS combines validated psychometric instruments with an insight layer that translates raw results into recommendations schools, institutions, and talent teams can put into practice the same day.

2011

Global Psytech founded

Started as an assessment lab building psychometric tools for schools and enterprises across Malaysia.

2018

Career Fit for Kids launches

Our first youth-facing assessment, helping children aged 10–15 explore career interests early.
