What is PeAS?
PeAS (People Assessment System) is a single platform that turns psychometric and behavioural assessment data into practical insight — helping schools, institutions, and organisations understand capabilities, interests, potential, and career direction.
PeAS serves two groups: education organisations using Educational Analytics to support students, and companies using Talent Analytics for recruitment, development, and workforce planning.
No. PeAS is fully web-based. Once your account is set up, you can invite students, employees, or candidates to assessments straight from your dashboard — no installation required.

Educational Analytics

What does Educational Analytics measure?
It covers four areas: academic and cognitive abilities, interests, potential, and career direction — giving educators a fuller picture than academic results alone.
Career Fit for Kids is designed for children aged 10 to 15, using age-appropriate interest and exposure activities to help them explore future career fields.
Yes. Schools can share a plain-language version of each report with parents, so results are easy to understand without needing a background in psychometrics.

Talent Analytics

How is Talent Analytics used in hiring?
Recruiters send candidates a short assessment link. Results are scored automatically and combined into a shortlist view, so hiring decisions are based on consistent evidence rather than interview impressions alone.
Yes. Many organisations use it to identify employees ready for leadership development or to plan succession, using the same assessment data collected at hire.
PeAS supports data export and API access so results can flow into common HRIS and applicant tracking systems. Our team can confirm compatibility with your specific setup during onboarding.
